Our thin crust pizza recipe and presentation came from our partnership with Dinonzio Orestra at La Sacrestia in Rome Italy. Baked to perfection in our brick oven with temperatures ranging from 650-750 degrees. Slight charring occurs on our pizza skins due to this extreme heat.
