Our thin crust pizza recipe d presentation came from our partnership with Dinonzio Orestra at La Sacrestia in Rome Italy. Baked to perfection in our brick oven with temperatures ranging from 650-750 degrees. A slight charring occurs on our pizza skins due to this extreme heat.
